Let's do this Part 2
I’ve been lagging a bit when it
comes to my exercise routine. Thing is, I was so determined and focus back then
(a few months ago). I chose to take a break during Ramadhan and then decided to
resume my fitness journey after Syawal. However, things are a bit different
now. Seems like I have to put in extra effort on my routine compared to before.
I cannot do the same thing I did. I had to level up the game. It’s a different
ball game.
So...I started to sprint.
Yes. You bet I did. I sprint on
the treadmill for the first time in my entire life with an interval of 1 minute
sprint and 1 minute rest , repeating this 5 times. Here’s my treadmill routine
(as at this week) :-
Run at 9.0 Speed (2 minutes) x 5
Times = 10 minutes
Sprint at 12.0 speed (1 minute) x
5 Times = 10 minutes
Then I’ll go do something else.
Like a lower body workout by Popsugar fitness. Before I literally die; breathe
and alive again! Feeling stronger than ever!
