Farah Aqilah

Hi everyone!

Today’s post is a bit special.

Special because I want to introduce you to a friend of mine; Farah Aqilah!

I feel like I want to write a simple article about a very fun person, just like how a primary school student would write an article about her best friend for a short English essay.

Farah Aqilah (“Farah”), is a HR admin/exec here at Poplook. The best thing is that she is the same age as myself (25 going to be 26 this year, ha-ha) . Yes, 1991 rocks!

Farah is a very laid-back, chillax and the most sempoi girl I have ever known in my entire life. She likes K-pop and also a fan of Animes. She plays console video games too and we have just finished discussing about Tekken 6, Crash Bandicoot and Donkey Kong. I bet most of you would have no clue what the heaven are the things I just mentioned. Well, those are the names of some games I knew and used to play with my PS, a very VERY long time ago. I prefer Barbie dolls and “main Cashier-cashier” rather than video games. Games are for guys. ButFarahplaysvideogames. Lol.

Farah sat in front of me at the office. Her desk is at my front but she is facing perpendicular from where my view is. Because of that, I can always see what Farah is doing from the corner of my right eye. Well, not exactly what she is DOING, but more like, how she is feeling as in…what kind of facial expression she has on her face at one time or another. I could not see what she has on her computer screen though. Thus, one funny thing about Farah is that, she’ll be laughing or smiling and can’t really contain her excitement most of the time when I glance through to her. Her expressions are enough to make me smile or sometimes even laugh, that day. Ha ha. #mudahterhibur

Recently, Farah has started to have interest in make-ups and skin care.

Being the prankster, myself, on a very dull day, I managed to pull in Nina, our fashion designer; who has this incredible talent as a Make-up Artist; to do a bit of a makeover on Farah. See, sometimes, an initiator is needed to make and see changes! #flipsshawl.
