Up North vs Down South

Yesterday, as I was browsing through the internet and did some research for my possible upcoming annual trip, I found a few interesting images of amazing views in New Zealand that are very similar to the views of my beloved land of Scotland!

A few weeks ago, a friend shared with me some (well- quite a lot though lol) of the images he took while he went travelling to Scotland. The image below was taken at Loch Lomond in Scotland. Now ladies and gentleman, isn't it similar? It may not exactly be the same, but some sort of similarities in terms of the nature of its geography and what not.. are there.

It is just amazing how different parts of the world can look very similar to one and another. I mean, I guess I have seen enough of the UK. Studied in Scotland (claiming Edinburgh is mine!) has actually made me able to get the best of both worlds; the city part of Scotland and the majestic nature part of the county. Now I have doubts on other parts of the world that I haven't been to but want to go, buuuut afraid if I am expecting a lot from it. Hmmm..
